PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

efficiency of large diameter pipeline. Welding unit was designed newly, simple structure,
electric motors is imported from Germany, wire feeding stability. The drive adopts synchronous
control, equipped with four pneumatic motors,high stability, strong climbing ability.

THE USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGY

Transmission gas cable technology

The gas cables of each welding unit are centrally transmitted to the central preloader outside the cage through a hollow shaft. During welding operation,the welding unit pulls and guides the gas cable to reciprocate with pointer type fretting of 36 degrees, and the wear rate of gas cable is extremely low, which effectively saves the cost of spare parts.

External support technology for double guide rod welding unit
