PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The split type cutting and beveling machine has powerful functions and a wide range of applications, capable of cutting, beveling, and processing flat flanges. There is a wide range of choices for the wall thickness of pipes, and their main characteristics are as follows: the body is made of aviation aluminum alloy material, and the gear ring is made of titanium alloy material, which is lightweight and strong. High strength structural design, no through holes or disconnections in the body, strong integrity, and uniform force distribution. The dual guide rail design of the gear ring ensures even force distribution and stable operation. Equipped with a new type of tool holder, single guide rail design, worm gear and trapezoidal thread screw transmission, stable and reliable. Automatic return single point fork feeding, evolved quick connect design, easy and efficient installation. Equipped with 3-axis hinges, the equipment can be installed flexibly without space limitations, and is easy to store and transport. Multiple functional accessories can be selected, including roundness compensation tool holder, drilling and milling accessories, outer circle cutting accessories, inner boring accessories, 3PE anti- corrosion layer removal accessories, bridge tool holder accessories, narrow gap installation accessories, reverse installation kit, high-speed groove positioning accessories, automatic centering expansion kit, etc. The specifications for the entire machine's loading, unloading, and adjusting bolts are unified, requiring only one wrench.

Feeder:

Anti-falling latch:
