Supporting data upload and download, the system supports the storage and retrieval of more than 20 process parameters, with a user-friendly interface that is easy to learn and use; During the welding process, the welding parameters at different angles change with the welding position. The parameters of each node in the circumference are automatically adjusted by the welding machine control system, which can achieve automatic adjustment of parameters throughout the entire welding process; The welding car can achieve intelligent switching of left and right positions, and the straight and angle swings of the welding torch can be freely switched. It has strong adaptability and can effectively improve the welding quality of different processes; The single welding trolley is lightweight, has good dust resistance, and is easy to clamp. The track adopts a rack and pinion structure, and the car adopts a gear transmission walking design, which ensures stable and high precision walking; Aluminum alloy packaging box, lightweight, high strength, compact structure, easy to handle and store.
