PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Using servo motors as the driving force and utilizing the transverse torque characteristics of servo motors, the cutting machine can maintain a constant speed at any position on the track; This model has a simple structure, easy and fast installation, high transmission torque, and smooth operation; The body material is hard aluminum alloy, with a small volume and light weight. The track is made of elastic steel, so it can be coiled into a small disk, significantly reducing its volume and weight compared to other rigid tracks. Convenient to carry andtransport; Adopting an integrated servo motor with comprehensive protection functions. Such as overload protection, overcurrent protection, etc; This machine adopts a design where the control box is separated from the vehicle body, making it easy to operate; The cutting machine controller uses a large capacity lithium battery as a power source. Eliminate the hassle of connecting to the mains power on site; The overall voltage of the machine is 24VDC, completely avoiding the risk of electric shock for on-site construction personnel; The whole machine is equipped with a dedicated battery fast charger. Charging power from 5% to 100% only takes 3 hours; The whole machine achieves fast installation.
