PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The JY300-WC hydraulic station adopts Weichai Power's WP4G160 electronic injection turbocharged engine. The hydraulic system adopts a load sensitive plunger pump. The hydraulic station has dual outputs, and the main circuit achieves automatic pressurization and unloading functions through pressure feedback. The device operation panel has been functionally integrated, making it easy to operate.
The JY300-WC hydraulic station adopts a dual hydraulic circuit design, making the load sensitive system more energy-efficient. In addition, to cope with low-temperature environments, the JY300-WC hydraulic station also adopts designs such as engine preheating and hydraulic system preheating.PRODUCT FEATURES
To adapt to low-temperature environments, a fuel liquid heater is used to start and preheat the
engine;
Using exhaust gas heating technology to preheat hydraulic oil and reduce low-temperature starting resistance;
By using a control box heating module, electrical equipment can operate normally in extremely low temperature environments;
The use of electronic fan cooling technology is beneficial for rapid engine heating in low- temperature environments. Reduce heating time;
Automatic control technology for engine speed, linkage between power station and end face beveling machine to reduce fuel consumption;
Independent hydraulic oil cooler, equipped with 4 electronic fans and temperature control device;
To adapt to low-temperature environments, the return oil pipeline is designed with a safety valve; Fully covered sheet metal shell, insulated, silent, and sun proof.
